See a few of the model trains on display at the Fossil Rock Raiders Model Train and Craft Barn. The Raiders are opening the barn up on Saturday, Dec. 5 and Sunday Dec. 6 and Saturday, Dec. 19 and Sunday, Dec. 20 from 11 am to 6 pm for their annual holiday display. The barn is located at 14410 Shade Road, about 15 minutes from Athens on Route 33. Admission is free, but donations and volunteers are welcome.

This is the Rescue Airboat built by Steve of the Hinckley Model Boat Club in its finished trim. It is built from balsa and runs a pair of speed 400 motors with a 7.2v battery. The model offers a stable platform for a small video camera and also serves as a rescue craft for disabled models.

The authentic Tsumami Kanzashi artisan Kuniko Kanawa models for her Kanzashi. She is dressed as Maiko, a young girl under the training to become a Geisha. Maiko's Kanzashi are changed every month based on the flower that blooms that season. She wears Ume (Plum Blossom) Tsumami Kanzashi for February and Sakura (Cherry Blossom) Tsumami Kanzashi for April in this photo shooting. 1999 Aluma Craft All Welded 18' Model 1860A with 1999 Reliance EZ-Lube Trailer, spare tire, 1999 75HP Oil injected Mercury Outboard.
