I have to build a roller coaster model using craft sticks for a sci project. i have the materials put i don't know how to put them together. the requirements are the first hill has to be a meter high and a marble must be able to travel the full length. it also has to have at least one loop.

Hi, I am building a throttle for a model train set. I am trying to figure out which type of potentiometer would work for 0-12 volts DC. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!
For a DC voltage of 0-12 volts – the perfect potentiometer would be one with 100000 Ohms of resistance. This 100000 Ohm potentiometer would give you the most control over the voltage.

Precision Craft Models w/ dc sound.
It has a very nice start-up, like the real ones. The fact that the lights come on before the “motor” kicks in is great! Even to the point that, when reversing the direction of the locomotive, there is an actual sound for that as well!
And, being partial to the “Demonstrator” paint scheme, I am overjoyed with the colors.
And with those colors, (some of you may not understand, but) I think that they bare a close resemblance to the Canadian National Railway cars behind it. SOOOOoooo cool!
